Booking Conditions – Montford Apartments Jindabyne

• 50 % DEPOSIT at time of bookings
• BALANCE DUE 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• KEYS available after 3 pm. on day of arrival.

1. SECURITY DEPOSIT is held by way of Credit Card voucher. (Please remember to bring your credit card).
2. IF PAYMENT is made by credit card, same card must be used for security payment upon arrival.
3. PERSON BOOKING by credit card must present a valid driver’s license upon arrival.
4. PAYMENTS made by Credit Cards incur a 3% levy.
5. CHECK OUT at 10 am. on day of departure.
6. NO ANIMALS of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time.
7. CANCELLATIONS- No refund of any deposit or full payment after a booking is made.
8. CASUAL and weekend booking payments are non-refundable.
9. NO REFUND will be paid if stay period is reduced for any reason, during  your stay.
10. PRICES are subject to change prior to booking and paying of deposit.
11. TRAVEL INSURANCE should always be taken to prevent any disappointments during your stay.
12. WHILE COOKING facilities are provided, please note that the cooking of foods with pungent odours such as curries, etc. must be avoided. This is to ensure comfort of others within the building and those who are occupiers after yourselves.                                        Fees may be incurred to cover any deodorising costs.
13. NO SMOKING within the building or apartments.
